05.05.05 - The calendar may have read "Cinco de Mayo" but the Villanova Hellenic Cultural Club celebrated the end of classes with a dinner at Lourdas Greek Taverna in Bryn Mawr.  We dined on ethnic favorites such as saganaki, calamari, tsatziki, baklava and psara.  Located in Bryn Mawr, Lourdas taverna has been a patron of the Villanova Hellenic Club--one of the owner's family members attended Villanova, class of 1985 and was the President of the then 'Nova Hellenic Club.  We look forward to new club members this fall.  Have a good summer!  Καλοκερι 2005!
