Dormitory
Dormitory space is reserved for undergraduate students at Villanova.  However housing may not be guaranteed during semester breaks when the residence halls close.  The
Office of Residence Life at Villanova as well as Resident Assistants (RA's) living in the dormitories during the semesters that would be able to address any of your housing concerns.  There is no Housing for Graduate students at Villanova.

Off Campus Housing
If you would like to or need to live off campus this means you will be renting an apartment or a room in a private residence in the local community.  In most cases if you are renting, you will need to sign a lease, typically for a period of 1 year.  Villanova's
Office of Residence Life has an off campus housing advisor that can help you with your housing search.

There are several options regarding off-campus housing for graduate students. You may choose to view the Office of Residence Life website which list apartments and rooms for rent. You may choose to live with other graduate students and search for your own apartment. Accommodations vary in price from reasonable to expensive.

The International Student Office at Villanova works closely with a local property management company, Home Properties. Home Properties manages two apartment complexes within a reasonable distance to the University. Home Properties of Devon and Home Properties of Bryn Mawr are two excellent locations for graduate students. Both locations offer reasonably priced apartments that are both comfortable and convenient.

You may wish to communicate directly with the Home Properties staff by emailing them at devon@homeproperties.com. The staff can assist you with questions about leases, amenities, and pricing. Villanova University works with Home Properties as a Guarantor to the lease. This makes living at Home Properties convenient for you.
