Dormitory
Dormitory space is reserved for undergraduate students at Villanova. However housing
may not be guaranteed during semester breaks when the residence halls close. The Office of Residence Life
at Villanova as well as Resident Assistants (RA's) living in the
dormitories during the semesters that would be able to address any of your housing
concerns. There is no Housing for Graduate students at Villanova. Off Campus Housing
If you would like to or need to live off campus this means you will be renting an
apartment or a room in a private residence in the local community. In most cases if
you are renting, you will need to sign a lease, typically for a period of 1 year.
Villanova's Office
of Residence Life has an off campus housing advisor that
can help you with your housing search.
There are several options regarding off-campus housing for
graduate students. You may choose to view the Office of Residence Life website
which list apartments and rooms for rent. You may choose to live with other
graduate students and search for your own apartment. Accommodations vary in
price from reasonable to expensive.
The International Student Office at Villanova works closely
with a local property management company, Home Properties. Home Properties
manages two apartment complexes within a reasonable distance to the University.
Home Properties of Devon and Home Properties of Bryn Mawr are two excellent
locations for graduate students. Both locations offer reasonably priced
apartments that are both comfortable and convenient.

devon@homeproperties.com. The staff can assist you with questions about
leases, amenities, and pricing. Villanova University works with Home Properties
as a Guarantor to the lease. This makes living at Home Properties convenient for
you.
