The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required of all students where
English is not their native language. For more information on how to register for

website for further TOEFL information as well as other requirements. The International Student Services Office offers an English as a Second Language (ESL) program to
international students who wish to improve their proficiency in English. Classes
meet at Villanova University and cover such aspects as academic and professional writing,
reading and vocabulary skills, listening and speaking skills, grammar and the American
