Marketing Society Board Elections
Directions for Running:

Elections will be held on December 3rd
at 5pm in Bartley 1011.
Available Positions
Include:
President:
- Lead Exec board meetings
and plan agenda
- Serve as an official
representation for society at Dean’s Council Meetings
- Serve as a liaison
between Marketing Society and other University entities
- Run elections for New
Exec Board Officers
Executive Vice
President:
- Assist President and act
in his/her absence in all matters
- Continually seek out new
opportunities and relationships with campus and community groups
- Form and Maintain
relationship with AMA in Philadelphia
Vice President of Guest
Relations
- Ensure a speaker and
event schedule for each semester
- Plan for cross promotion
for events with other societies and organizations
Vice President of
Public Relations
- Coordinate development
and implementation of all public relations
- Any promotion including
production, approval for, and distribution of
Vice President of
Treasury
- Participate in budget
development process and represent Villanova Marketing Society in any
budget hearings
- Develop a financial
report for the Executive Board including financial statements and
projected expenditures
Vice President of
Technology/ Webmaster
- Updates and maintain
website with most current information and news pertaining to society
- Utilize new and
innovative ways to incorporate technology into the society
AMA Rep/Liaison
- Record and maintain AMA
member list
- Plan and coordinate
membership drives
