Provide general direction and
work with the other officers to ensure the efficient functioning of the
Society

Serve as official
representative for Villanova Marketing Society at all Dean’s Council
Meetings

Serve as a liaison between
the Marketing Society and other University entities, including Student
Government, if needed

Maintain representative
status for the Villanova School of Business Dean's Council and
Philadelphia AMA Collegiate Chapter Meetings
-
Run Elections for New
Executive Board Officers at end of term
Vice President of Guest
Relations
-
Ensure a speaker and event
schedule each semester

Plan for cross promotion for
events with other societies
-
Upholding relationships with
other on-campus organizations
-
Maintain a directory of Guest
Speakers for use of current and future officers
-
Maintain a directory of
Campus Resources
Vice President of Public
Relations
-
Coordinate the development and implementation of all public relations
campaigns; including: the production, obtaining approval for, and
distribution of promotional posters/fliers, classroom advertising,
sending out email advertising for events
-
Direct
year-long drives for membership recruitment and retention
-
Maintain accurate active membership list, minutes, and CEO approved
event lists
-
Manage
all email correspondence between members
Vice President of Finance/
Treasurer
-
Assist
the President and serve in his/her absence for all matters pertaining to
finance
-
Participate in the budget development process and represent Villanova
Marketing Society in any budget hearings
-
Be
familiar with Student Development financial codes and guidelines and
ensure that all Society financial transactions are in compliance
-
Develop a financial report for the Executive Board including financial
statements and projected expenditures
-
Coordinate all fundraising activities (if any)
